By using SERPII ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service in accordance with your plan and our documentation. You must not use the Service for illegal purposes, to violate third-party rights, or to circumvent rate limits or access controls. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure.
3. Payment and plans
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing on our website. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled per our refund policy. We may change pricing with notice.
4. Intellectual property
SERPII and its content are owned by us. You receive a limited license to use the Service. Data returned by the API is licensed for use per your plan and our data terms.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
